Maxwell Landolina

Hello! My name is Maxwell Landolina, a 2nd year PhD student at the University of Connecticut. My primary research focus is on the regeneration of cartilage tissue using our Janus Base Nano-Matrix (JBNm), a scaffold comprised of our Janus Base Nanotubes (JBNts) as well as the structural protein Matrilin-1 and the bioactive molecule Transforming Growth Factor beta-2. Outside of the lab, I garden (not too successfully), train boxing, and enjoy baking.
