Sara Bouhali is a Ph.D. student in Computer Science at the University of Houston. She is also a graduate research assistant at the Computational Biology & Medicine Laboratory (University of Houston). She collaborates with a team of surgeons from MD Anderson Cancer Center and a group of researchers from the University of Texas at Austin and the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston. Her research is on the analysis of 2D and 3D medical images using deep learning and other standard image processing techniques.
