Hatice Ceylan Koydemir is an assistant professor at the Department of Biomedical Engineering of Texas A&M University and the Center for Remote Health Technologies and Systems of Texas A&M Engineering and Experiment Station. Her research focuses on developing integrated biomedical devices to increase our understanding of biological processes and advance the diagnosis and prevention of diseases. She holds seven issued/granted patents in point-of-care technologies. She is also the co-author of 1-book and more than 150 peer-reviewed journal articles and conference presentations/proceedings. She is a member of SPIE, Optica, and BMES and a senior member of IEEE.
